Crown has traditionally been a box storage company but recognises the desire for companies to become digital in their information and records management operations. Dedicated to the principles of 21st Century Management and Continuous Improvement, I am responsible for operations at the Peterborough scan centre, which includes the largest public sector (health care) records digitisation programme in Europe : * managing a team of 25 employed and agency team members across two shifts, three revenue departments and four interrelated functions;* planning and adapting personnel and resources dependent upon the fast-changing needs of the business;* managing workflows and organising production inventory through required stages of delivery;* providing regular management reports, including period and forward financial forecasts, to directors and stakeholders;* constantly striving for optimum efficiency across all tasks; both in revenue generation roles and roles in support of operations;* advising directors and stakeholders of required adaptations to meet expectations through fact-based assessment, interpretation and formal presentation;* engaging with clients to provide project delivery guidance / updates as well as confidence that their needs are in the best hands;* creating an environment that encourages highest levels of employee engagement and empowerment;* actively promotes principles of diversity, equity and inclusivity throughout the team and the business;* fostering a commitment to sustainability by collecting materials that can be re-used in support of the circular economy (ie 500kg of plastic punch wallets to be re-purposed).
