Investigation and reproduction of customer-reported issues, working with dev engineering and product management in agile environment with full releases to production every sprint. Day-to-day tasks include developing, automating and executing test cases, developing comprehensive test plans, investigating defects, and working closely with development, product management and user documentation in an agile environment where quick pivots in response to new customer needs and priorities are key. I have additionally branched out into related areas including deployment, documentation, and on-site customer visits, and have represented our product portfolio at conferences like SCTE, INTX and CES.
