- Oversee $20 MM in commercial construction and Capital improvements each year- Responsible for day-to-day operations in property management- Responsible for construction and Capital improvement budgets for all commercial and property management projects- Oversee and budgeted a $4 MM rehabilitation to a 10 story apartment building- Work with VP of property management to oversee 2600 apartment units- Responsible for scheduling, ordering prints, and material orders for all construction.- Maintain excellent relations with township officials, vendors, and subcontractors- Evaluate, and supervise the quality of sub-contractors work- Maintain consistent on-budget delivery- Work extensively with township engineers to satisfy bonds - Responsible for staffing job sites- Completed 30 hour Occupational Safety and Health training course
