As the ARHP Membership Services & Nominations Coordinator, I manage the processes, customer service and development of membership and its activities for ARHP membership, nominations and practice committees. This includes:Staff liaison for the ARHP Membership & Nominations Committee including volunteer and award nominations for health professionalsStaff liaison for the ARHP Practice CommitteeStaff liaison for the ARHP Welcome Task ForceManaging webinarsManage preparation, development, and implementation of new marketing ideas and campaigns for member recruitment and retention. Manage the ARHP membership mailings (e.g. monthly dues notices & non-renewal letter/surveys) to over 1,200 members.Lead membership acquisition processes of the ARHP non-member attendees from the ACR/ARHP Annual Meeting.Process entry of all new members. Manage process of welcoming new health professional members into the College. Process requests for membership information, and maintain supply of membership related literature.Assist in researching and resolving membership requests and questions (e.g. members not receiving journal, filling requests for membership applications, etc.) and helping maintain and update the ACR/ARHP members within the membership database.Oversee ARHP portion of annual ACR/ARHP Membership Directory, which includes content creation and proofing.Manage website edits to membership pages and ARHP merit and graduate student award pages.
