Marcus P. Stevens is the Director, U.S. Business Development for Adacel Systems Inc., Orlando Florida. Since coming to Adacel Marc has successfully led the FAA Tower Simulation System acquisition, placed Adacel systems in the Army, Army National Guard, and Army Reserve as well as colleges and universities.Prior to Adacel Marc served as a Project Team Manager for Advanced Airspace Concepts in the Airspace Design and Analysis Section of MITRE CAASD. He has been the project lead for the National Choke Points Initiative, Houston Gulf Coast Airspace Redesign, several new runway projects, the Florida Airspace Optimization Project, and the Project Manager for the Flow Based Design Concept. A native of North Carolina, Marc served 25 years in the military first with the Navy as a Flight Engineer on the P-3C Orion and later as an Army Air Traffic Controller. As a controller, he obtained ratings in Radar, Non-radar, and Tower facilities.Marc is an Instrument Rated Private Pilot and his formal education includes a Master of Science in Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
