I am responsible for the daily operation of the company, routinely report to the CEO and provide the following:Contribute to the development of La Vida Laguna's strategic goals and objectives as well as the overall management of the organization. Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality.Ensure staff members receive timely and appropriate training and development.Implement and maintain an appropriate system of policies, internal controls, accounting standards and procedures.Implement and monitor administrative and operational accounting services such as payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and purchasing.Provide analytical support to CEO including development of internal management reporting capabilities.

Assisted with all facets of establishing a West Coast showroom, including purchasing and installing offices and furniture, computer hardware and software and artwork displays. Worked closely with the City of Laguna Beach to comply with city permits as well as Occupational Licensing to complete all CA DMV requirements to procure Dealer Licensing. Implemented Operational, Human Resources and Payroll procedures. Compiled information for consignments including photographing, documenting and consigning vehicles and completing all other tasks as needed.

Assisted the President in daily operations. Responsibilities included negotiating, administering and maintaining corporate, vehicle and medical insurance, workers comp, shipping contracts, bank LOC, and building leases. Duties also included implementing and maintaining policies with all department managers, making all travel arrangements, managing public relations and coordinating all company events and trade shows including Indy Dealer Expo and Moto GP.
