Worked as a trip leader for historic, trip based youth program based out of Jackson Hole. As a trip leader, was solely responsible for the decisions as they pertained to the trips operating in The Hawaiian Islands. Responded to crisis situations appropriately. Logistical: Steward the logistical flow of the entire summer. Logistics included working with subcontractors, confirming lodging and managing transportation including driving students to and from their daily activities.Customer Service: Worked with our customers, parents and children alike, to develop critical relationships insuring the success of the overall summer experience. Sought to individualize the experience for the unique needs of each and every child and their family.

I worked for a summer as a shuttle driver for Denali ATV in Healy Alaska. While employed my responsibilities were first and foremost to be an ambassador for the company for our customers. I would be the first person to meet our customers and the last to say goodbye as we took them on tours around the Denali area. While the customers were on the shuttle it was also my job to entertain them for the 20-40 minute ride to the ATV launch site, narrating a short history of the area while also including some terribly corny jokes.
