Our success depends on 3 things which we constantly focus on and refine. Expertise, Speed, and Service are the simple formula. We work smarter and harder doing whatever it takes to get the job done under any circumstance. We have more time available for old fashioned service because much of the cumbersome administrative work has been streamlined through systems I’ve designed and implemented for our team. Review of Policy Language can’t be overstated in this segment of Insurance and is of the utmost precedence to us. I have a unique perspective of being on the other side of the fence and understand how critical it is we get things right for the Insured who are otherwise potentially vulnerable to losing their entire life’s work. Quite frankly, my personal experience dealing with Insurance Companies and the Legal System, as an Insured, was a large part of what originally attracted me to this position. Attitude (Service), Efficiency (which leads to Speed), and Technical Detail (Expertise) are the core of our culture.
