The focus of my practice is estate planning, trust administration, and probate. On the planning side, I have assisted a wide range of clients, from very wealthy to modest estates. I enjoy working with business owners, whether to integrate a business succession plan into their estate planning, to develop and implement a strategy for asset protection, or to otherwise assist with various legal issues. On the administration side, I work with trustees and executors to assist with the administration of various kinds of trusts and estates, whether or not filing a probate will be necessary.I earned a B.S. in Accountancy at THE Arizona State University in 2003 (magna cum laude) and a J.D. at the William S. Boyd School of Law (UNLV) in 2006.I am married to Jennifer Smith, and we have three children: Harrison (18), Alyssa (15), and Harper (7). I am a huge Sun Devil football fan, read a lot, play guitar, and love the Beatles.
