Working as a member of Central (End-to-End) Design Team. Also, leading 4 micro-services built in NodeJS along with the team of 7 software engineers which include 1 team lead.Responsibilities:-o To understand the business requirement and provide best possible advanced solutionwhich is cost-effective and scalable.o Do deep-level impact analysis of the functional requirement and prepare the end-to-end (E2E) high-level and low-level designs accordingly.o Closely work with Technical Leads, Product Leads and other stakeholders and fetch high-level effort estimates at component level and accordingly plan the deliveries in sprints.o Keep a track of on-going projects along with the E2E review.o Work closely with QA leads to define the test cases and make sure that all the edgecases are covered.o Do necessary POCs and explore latest technologies which can improve user experience of the application.o Regular analysis of performance of application and do necessary optimizations at code and server level.

• Managing a team of 17 software engineers along with 3 team leads using the Agile SDLC, facilitated cross team dependencies and in general defining high level direction across back-end engineering teams.• Skill set of engineers: Java, Springboot, PHP, NodeJS, Javascript, MySQL, Kafka.• Work closely with stakeholders, including product managers, business analysts, and other teams, to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and define project timelines.• Identified and implemented best practices for software development, resulting in a 20% reduction in development time.• Actively reviewing code and whenever required debugging the issues.• Continuously evaluate relevant technologies, influence and drive architecture and design discussions.• Promote and implement Agile development practices.
