Created monthly magazine, The Bulletin, the main form of communication with their membership. The process included organizing content requests, designing graphics and layout, and publishing digital and print versions. Designed any materials or collateral needed for membership recruitment, member events, the Club’s restaurants (4), the Inn, athletics center or any other Club needs. Examples include: posters for upcoming events, menus, animations for emails, social media ads, or graphics for the website. Larger project examples: 1908 Lager beer label and rollout, membership card redesign, and Harvard Magazine ad campaigns (2018 and 2019). Scheduled, filmed and edited weekly videos for social media. Streamlined email marketing by creating templates for weekly email advertising upcoming events and created graphics for stand alone emails. Printed designs in-house or prepared files for outside printers. Maintained brand guidelines and standards and developed unique sub-branding for each department.

Completed an audit of their website and implemented changes based on brand guidelines (using AEM WCM). Website updates continued per requests after the audit. Created print materials for Girl Scout events. Designed an animation for Instagram and reformatted it for a television ad to promote their Carrying the Torch event.

Researched social media techniques and developed a strategy for the Land Bank’s social media sites. Interviewed people who purchased properties from the Land Bank and wrote testimonials based on the interviews to be posted on their website. Created education brochures and booklets to be distributed to those looking to learn more about Land Bank programs and procedures.

Worked with team to create the branding for Play Like A Girl's new collegiate program: GNO. This included logo design, branding colors, creating a Starter Kit with templates for social media headers and posts for each chapter. Also worked on making the new website theme. Specifically edited the theme options, font choices, and designed many headers for different pages and for holidays and daily/monthly observances. Work can be seen on my behance account.

Worked as a full time intern online with the Marketing Team. Communicated with other employees and superiors via email, Skype or Google Chat. Created advertisements, graphics for Facebook and twitter, sample products using their website, and a few videos for the website’s how-to sections.
