About Paul Muench

Paul Muench is a National Board Certified teacher with a CAS in Educational Leadership who has been in education for over 30 years and is a teacher and Head Football Coach at Fayetteville-Manlius High School. Since its inception in 2007, Paul has been a regular presenter for Raymour and Flanigan’s Leadership Development Institute where he presents on motivation and team building. In addition, Paul has recently worked with the senior staff at Relias Learning in North Carolina, H.P. Mile, was a keynote speaker at the New York State Athletic Directors Conference, and led a seminar for LeadUp CNY. Paul has received numerous professional and leadership honors and awards, including the Cornell Merrill Presidential Scholarship Teacher recognition,Town of Manlius Educator of the Year and the Syracuse Sports Corporation “Believe to Achieve” Coach of the Year.
