1. Developed and implemented an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.2. Overseeing receipt and proper storage of warehoused product.3. Implementing & refining warehousing module in Oracle ERP as per business demands.4. Monitoring materials receipt, transfer, stock management & updating the records in ERP.5. Planning, assisting and performing quarterly inventory & cycle counting when needed.6. Maintaining fulfillment staff: recruiting, training & counseling in accordance with company policies.7. Producing reports and statistics regularly & when required.8. Planning & assisting in maintaining the warehouse’s/store’s physical condition i.e. general cleaning, organization and layout and design to ensure maximum space utilization.

1. Monitor all storing and shipping activities of the warehouse.2. Plan, organize and control of over-all warehouse operations as per company objectives and set targets. 3. Monitor and improve warehouse efficiency and stock management and inventory control.4. Plan, Supervise & assist in cycle counts for inventory control at main warehouse & different project stores.5. Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity.6. Responsible for implementation of Warehouse/Material Management module of the ERP system (SAP & Navision) at projects site and Business units.7. Monitoring all assets and material & supervise store team for timely receipt, transfer between projects, inventory control, stock management and updating of stock/inventory records in ERP (SAP & Navision) system. 8. Implementing the QMS Policies & Procedures at all stores/warehouses and reporting any Minor/major non- conformity to concerned Authority.9. Plan & assist in store setup, layout and space management strategies.10. Assist in End-user training for warehouse staff and continuously monitor their shortcomings in the usage of the ERP system, stock management & inventory control & take remedial action.11. Planning and implementing tagging/bar-coding of assets and materials.12. Planning and supervising Scrap sale by controlling damaged/returned assets/material.13. Devise plans to develop staff of the warehouse through internal/on-job training.14. Responsible to produce regular reports and statistics as and when required.
