• Job Description:
• Responsible for all branch operations including: branch Security Documentation Log, key assignment and documentation, monthly/quarterly/annual branch audits, maintaining up to date Security Protocols and Branch Limits.
• Guiding tellers in the efficient and accurate handling of member needs and transactions.
• Supervising activities of the teller operations by assigning work, answering questions, solving complex issues, helping with complex transactions and sensitive member relations problems.
• Working with branch management to ensure efficient processes and proper documentation exists within the branch.
• Backing up and supporting the Branch platform as needed

• Monitoring and checking all back office transactions to ensure risk free area functionality with zero errors to achieve acceptable audit rating.
• Conducting independent checks on all Branch user’s functions & transactions.
• Monitoring the waiting queues and Teller/Branch Operations function to achieve acceptable reduction in serving time and enhancing customer satisfaction.
• Processes over-the-counter transactions (cash & check deposit, withdrawals)
• Checking, verification authorization of fund transfers receipts and payment transactions within established turnaround time, to ensure their accuracy and authentic in compliance with Operating procedure.
• Solve issues relating to incomplete information from branches / correspondent banks to process remittances.
