Working in the ERP system, I will efficiently generate the Material Request (MR) based on the production requirements. Before this, I will ensure that the item code is established in the WBS activity master with the ERP team. I will maintain clear communication with the buyer team throughout the process until the Purchase Requisition (PR) and purchase order for the material are completed. Once the material is received, I will promptly notify both the construction team and management via email. I will also organize all Quality Control (QC) related documents, such as the Material Test Certificate (MTC), Certificate of Compliance (COC), and Certificate of Origin (COO), to facilitate the QC inspection. Following the successful QC inspection, I will instruct the storekeeper to issue the Goods Received Note (GRN) through the ERP system.

Maintain the materials management system. Act as a focal point for suppliers and internal departments for questions about materials scheduling and problems. Responsible for timely goods receipt checking (discrepancy in shortage, visible damage and documentation correctness), proper storage of all materials and equipment in the designated Areas, including open storage, climatic control rooms and segregated areas for hazardous materials and gases.Preparing Material Receipt Report (MRR) based upon the concerning Shipping Documents.Preparing Daily Material Receiving Report & Weekly Report based upon the receiving status of materials.Preparing and follow-up with vendors regarding Over/Short Damage Material Report (OSDR) based upon the visual Inspection of receiving materials as per packing list.Arrangements for Quality inspection.Prepare, maintain and update the inventory on daily, weekly and monthly basis.To prepare and issue Materials through MRRs.Updating of all receiving and issuing materials reports.Checking and Verification of receiving materials from the suppliers.Responsible for timely goods receipt checking (discrepancy in shortage, visible damage and documentation correctness), proper storage of all materials and equipment in the designated Areas, including open storage, climatic control rooms and segregated areas for hazardous materials and gases.Responsible for maintaining a record for the periodic inspections of equipment in accordance with manufacturer’s storage and preservation procedures ETC.
