Even though, my educational back ground is Accounts but I have been working in Ecommerce industry for almost 12 years. I was introduced to Ecommerce when I was in UK. I started as a customer service agent in VIBE (Electronic Company, Manchester, UK). I was responsible to deal with all customer queries & returns. After a year, I moved to FOI Industry LTD in their UK office where I performed multiple tasks after 4 years of working in UK office, I moved back to Pakistan and Joined their Pakistan Office where I am responsible of managing whole shift.People often asked me why I do work in my relevant filed i.e. Account, Tax or Audit and I always tell them that in accounts I only work with numbers but here I performed multiple task related to accounts as well as IT which really excite me as I have the opportunity to learn new things every day and The more I learn, the more I realize, the less I know.
