Risk Assessment and making JHA (job hazard analysis) before starting of work activity.  Daily monitoring the job site to ensure The Supervisors / Foremen /Charge hands that safety talk Conducted Before they start the work at least 5 to 10 minutes. Reviewing Weekly and Monthly HSE Statistics report. Monitor and advise to Put necessary safety precautions before starting any job. Daily Inspection of record of crane, and other lefting equipments and working plateforms.  Monitor all workers if they have arranged and wearing safety paraphernalia at job site. Monitor the job site to ensure use of lifeline when they are performing their job on high elevation. Daily site inspection regarding back filling compaction, transporting, scaffolding erection and dismantling, loading unloading, rebar and from work house keeping and water spaying. Inspection of necessary work permits whenever to begin the job. Arranging trainings for workers and staff. Checking daily, weekly checklists of Man lift, Cranes, lifeline, Scaffolds, fire extinguishers, Full body Harnesses, Tools and lifting gears. Advising projects manager in preparation of job safety plan. Monthly emergency drill on site.

 Supervising and Reviewing Health & Safety Performance of the contractor in the Worksite as: A.Reviewing and Monitoring Safety related documents as safety plan, daily weekly and monthly reports of the contractor. B. Conducting safety tours, inspections of the worksite on daily basis along with the contractor. C.Giving brief instructions about day today safe and secure arrangements for work to the contractor. D. Reviewing and monitoring Tool box meetings records given to the worker by the contractor. E. Investigating accidents, prepare own reports and reviewing contractor reports. F. Preparing plans for the previous accidents occurred in site for avoiding again in future. H. Giving safe site instructions to the contractor in case any unsafe activity being monitored. Preparing Audit reports on monthly basis and then preparing monthly evaluation report for management about the budget of safety. J. Giving instructions to the contractor about Preparation of job safety analysis and hazard identification. K. Daily site inspection regarding back filling compaction, transporting, scaffolding erection and dismantling, Loading unloading, rebar and from work housekeeping and water spaying of the contractor.
