Looking after all the matters related to corporate Security & Admin.

Looking after all the matters related to Administration, Safety & Security of all the ware houses, sites, offices, industries, policy and procedures SOPs implementation emergecy planning, fire safety.

Responsible to manage Security, HSE, logistics and administrative matters.

Responsibilities.Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines and procedures to ensure ongoing maintenance of securityProvide physical protection to include asset protection, workplace violence prevention, access control systems, video surveillance and executive and family protectionWork with corporate executives, business managers, audit and legal counsel to understand corporate requirements related to security and regulatory compliance and to map those requirements to current security projectsServe as the enterprise focal point for security incident response planning and execution and oversee the development of, and be the enterprise champion of, a corporate security awareness and training programProvide coordination and/or assistance for specialized security services that serve to safeguard the organizations interestInformation protection responsibilities to include coordination with network security executives, network access policies, employee education and awarenessIdentify protection goals, objectives and metrics consistent with corporate strategic planMaintain relationships with local state and federal law enforcement and other related government agenciesEstablish and maintain security budgetWork with outside consultants as appropriate for independent security audits

Job discription Provide a safe and secure business environment for Mobilink Pakistan and ensure security of employees, assets and reputation of Mobilink Pakistan. Manage crisis and risks for Mobilink business and people and ensure business continuity. • Conduct risk and threat assessments through analytical study of prevailing political and security environment of the country and advise organizational management on Risk, Crisis and Disaster management.• Ensure business continuity in critical circumstances for smooth and secure business operations. • Protect company’s reputation and ensure brand protection. Advise employees and respective organizational units on preventive measures.• Manage security team and vendors for effective performance. Equip them with tools and technology to ensure security of assets and employees at work places, events and during Travel. • Ensure anti fraud and anti theft environment and conduct investigations and interrogations to eliminate chances of reoccurrence.• Proactively address Health, Safety and Environment issues as per best international practices and in line with organizational goals. • Liaison with Mobilink Group Risk and Crisis Management and Employee Security teams for issues related to Pakistan• Develop Corporate Security Policies and Procedures for Mobilink Pakistan.
