I am working as a SFDC Developer Specialist for developing and maintaining In-house Process comprises of multiple applications implementation and integration with various third party tools.My main responsibility is to gather understanding of the Business Process requirements, design analysis based on the requirements, time estimation and development of various complex implementations. Other Responsibilities include:Apex programming and Visualforce pages implementation for customization workSeek out and identify need system changes.Gather feedback and troubleshoot problems from users.Create custom objects, permissions, roles and user accounts as needed.Handle system onboarding and off boarding.Handle user licenses for both SFDC and connected applications.Aid in Development QA process.Build Flows, Workflows and Process Builds as needed.Monitor System Data Storage and API usage.Take the lead in creating and updating robust onboarding documentation.Stay on top of latest Salesforce.com changes.
