My Duties and Responsibilities are:Inventory Management,Preparing Stock Reconciliation Reports,Implementation on Inventory management method FIFO, Verification of supporting documents related to Inventory in and out, to update oracle inventory control system,Preparing requisitions and vouchers related to inventory in and out, Verification of LPOs and DN,Analysis of variations in stock issue to all branches on daily basis and tracking the cause of variation.

Maintain to students database containing the records of fees Maintain the records of expensesDeal with banking transaction and preparing the bank reconciliation statement at end of each monthCoordinate with the students and teachersReconciling the Company accounts with the Banks periodically Maintaining a tracking facility to enable documents to be updated easilyScanning in all relevant new documentsChecking dispatch documents are accuratePresentation and filing of documents and drawings Responsible for maintaining hard copy information Issuing and distributing controlled copies of information.Preparing monthly financial statements like Trial Balance, Profit & Loss a/c, Balance Sheet, Ratios and Analytical points on Financials.Vouching of Cash and Bank Books, Sale and Purchase Register, Debtors Ledger, Creditors Ledger, General Ledger and Bank reconciliations Authenticate the figures appearing in the Books of Accounts of the client.

I had done 6weeks internship in finance & accounts section of glass manufacturing company. during my internship i had prepared bank reconciliation statements,prepared Receivables & Payable record and updating of computerized accounting system.
