Duties include:  Update the company’s quality policy, processes and procedures to comply with applicable ISO 9001 standard requirements. Review the company quality manual and quality procedures manual as per review schedule. Train new employees about the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. Train new employees about the requirements of Good Manufacturing Practices. Coordinate and organize both external and internal audits for ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 by ensuring adequate and effective communications at all levels involved. Manage all documentation to facilitate audits such as: list of auditor teams, schedule for the various areas, audits check list forms; internal audit notes forms, corrective action request form and information from previous audits.  Act as an internal auditor, where high level of expertise is required.  Oversee the initiation of observations/ gaps requests based on the audit findings. Communicate with area contact persons on audit follow-ups and ensure observations/gaps are closed in a timely manner. + Maintain audit records as per the requirements and streamline the internal tracking system.  Analyse the audit findings and report the audits results to the Quality Management Committee meetings for review.  Develop recognition and reward systems to motivate employees. Arrange different competition aiming to enhance employees understanding about ISO 9001 system. Manage and organize all activities of Total Quality Management process.  Plan and manage Quality & Learning activities in accordance with agreed budgets and timescales. Liaise with external agencies on matters related to quality and continual improvement programs under the guidance of the section head. Conduct Total Quality awareness training for employees like “Your role in Quality”. Write submission reports for quality awards.

Duties included: Develop, implement and maintain the quality management system as per the requirements.  Plan activities to continually improve the effectiveness of the Quality Management System. Monitor and review processes to check the suitability and compliance with the quality management system. Facilitate large groups of people to achieve a common goal in working sessions. Conduct training awareness sessions for ISO 9000. Ensure completion of paperwork in a timely manner.  Keep abreast of emerging technology changes and innovations through formal or informal study, reading business and professional publications. Communicate with all areas on audit follow-up on monthly basis.  Create and promote continuous improvement culture in whole organization.
