Raising relevant queries with related teams to dig out the details of auto credits and customer collections for accurate record keeping. Marking-off the Receivables on integrated software for Account Receivables team to make a redirected effort in retrieving the aged debts. 2. Preparing Monthly Reconciliations of company's Netsuite Oracle record with the Bank Statements on Floqast for the General Ledger Team. This entails arranging statements from appropriate Point of Contact on a timely basis for smaller accounts, respecting the deadlines of GL team. Investigating any discrepancies prospectively with the GL team and making amending entries to match the records as intended. 3. Directly responsible for entering majority of transactions of over 35 multi-currency accounts on NetSuite Oracle, including complex inter-company funding and journals. Working in liaison with Payroll, GL, Payables and Receivables team to park the transactions in their correct accounts. Requesting NetSuite Technical team to open new accounts or updating information of vendors when required. 4. Creating a report on company inflows and using that to forecast future collections to put into perspective the liquidity position for major accounts. This was wholly done on excel with help of graphical presentation techniques.5. Creating a report on the wires and Automatic Clearing House (ACH) released to the relevant beneficiaries. This report is further shared with the senior management for approval and eventual release. Achievements:.
