• Controls all maintenance documents as outlined on the site Master List of Controlled Documents. • To assigns preventive and corrective maintenance jobs to maintenance technicians as per the direction of Maintenance Manager. • To develop, supervises and co-ordinate plant maintenance activities. • To plan and inspect completed work on plant device. • To maintain records, prepare reports and compose correspondence relative to work. • To acquire considerable knowledge of the process and the relevant mechanical, instrument & control and electrical system throughout the plant and apply the same to trouble shoot problems and leads the maintenance team in resolving the issue. • To train the subordinates on preventive and corrective maintenance. • To communicate effectively with others, both verbally and in writing. • To execute work order through INTERAL GMAO CMMS and co-ordinate with C&I Technicians for job completion and technical matters. • To assist Maintenance Manager in planning and scheduling outage works with due regard to annual scheduled maintenance plan. • To assess plant needs for spare parts & supplies and generate material requisitions. • To co-ordinate with Stores and Procurement for stock inventory. • To acquire full knowledge of EHS policies & procedures and ensures compliance. • To evaluate, plan and actively participate in plant housekeeping. • To assist and co-ordinate with EHS Manager/Supervisor with all EHS activities including implementation of policies/procedures, inspections and audits. • To understand OH&S risks / hazards and Environmental / legislative aspect / Impacts related to work activities. • To perform assigned tasks as given in Quality Manual and EHS Manual

• Installation of hardware cabinets and loop testing GE Mark VIe and Mark VieS Turbine Control system and BOP PLCs.• Verifying pre commissioning checks for BOP, HRSG DCS and PLC logics.• Verification of correct instrument installation at side according to P&ID and specification mentioned in BOQ.• Verifying DCS hardware as per drawing and preparing readiness for SAT.• Hands on experience of loop testing and commissioning of Instrumentation devices for Gas turbine, HRSG and BOP.• Commissioned the Gas compressors, Gas reducing station, water bath heaters, fuel oil station, and Close circuit cooling water system air compressors, water treatment plant, hydrogen generation station, UPS System and electrical auxiliary system.• Review of as built drawings and approval after modification.

• Supervision of all the maintenance activities related to Siemens V94.2 gas turbine with SPPA T300 TCS and DCS, gas receiving area, gas heaters, fiscal metering of gas and associated BOP systems which includes Preventive, Corrective & Shutdown Maintenance of following equipments. Various types of flow transmitters, level transmitters, pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters of Fisher-Rosemount, Yokogawa, ABB Smart version.
