• Installation and troubleshooting of Retail Pro (PRISM) and its contents (A retail software used in POSs) (40 shops)• Responsible for connection between a POS (Point of Sale) to its Subsidiary System, a mesh of our POSs has widely been spread over Pakistan.• Wireless and wired networking in POSs as per requirement.• Resolve the problems in POS system, installation and troubleshooting of Receipt printer as well as LaserJet printer remotely.• Email configuration on client end on Outlook platform based on as well as Exchange server. • Visit the shop & resolve the POS and network problem.• Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications.• Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks.• Troubleshooting system and network problems and diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
