➢ Providing 24/7 Full technical Support to Saudi Telecom (STC) for VDSL and MSAN Infrastructure. ➢ Working as resident Network Operation Control Engineer in Saudi Telecom. ➢ Coordinating with customer field maintenance team to troubleshoot various technical issues at VDSL and ISAMnodes. ➢ Supports in-depth understanding of the customer experience through analytics and transform businessthrough optimized customer satisfaction, revenue generation and operational efficiency. ➢ Configuration and troubleshooting of Nokia ATM DSLAMs and IP DSLAMs.➢ Managing and configuring more than 3000 DSLAMs nodes all over the Saudi Arabia. ➢ DSL Optimization and providing Support Solutions. ➢ Configuring and Troubleshooting Internet, IPTV, Voice customers including DATA and VPN circuits for corporatecustomers. ➢ Hands on full work experience in configuring and troubleshooting of Nokia's Equipment 7302 IntelligentServices Access Manager (ISAM). ➢ Hands on full work experience in configuring and troubleshooting of Nokia's 7356 VDSL Equipment ➢ Providing support to customer field staff to do montly preventive maintenance activity. ➢ Performing health check of batteries & equipment on customer request. ➢ Troubleshooting with all trouble tickets comes from STC related to MSAN & VDSL. ➢ Engaging Transmission Departments in various network troubleshooting activities. ➢ Report writing for outage incident

Responsible for installation & commissioning of Fixed Network Nodes in Kingdom Wide for Saudi Telecommunication Network (STC).My responsibilities included Main objective of the project is to provide voice and data services to the customer: ➢ Testing of circuit packs ➢ Site inspection and survey ➢ Troubleshooting and diagnosis of faults ➢ ISAM testing and configuration.

My Responsibilities Included: ➢ Provide Technical Support to DSL clients over the phone. ➢ Visit client premises for setup of new DSL account & troubleshoot the problems. ➢ Installation and Troubleshoot of internet applications.➢ Co ordination with Support in charge in case of any query related to LAN,FTP,VPN, Remote desktop. ➢ Perform any miscellaneous duties as and when required by Customer Support Manager. ➢ Troubleshooting of DSL line problems by using the N2000 (Fixed Network Management)
