Achieved zero balance on an outstanding account within one month  Analyzing the ERP Systems, its working & efficiency, and solving any technical issues by coordinating with IT Department  Record all the inventory & direct invoices from procurement, and supervising payables & payments according to contract  Preparation of purchase requisition Daily bank position and reconciliation with previous day’s balance Record all type of vouchers & general ledger entries Preparation of bills payable to create creditors & statement of bills payables in SAP (FI) Monitoring all the travel expenses related to faculty & staff Members etc  Correspondence & Reconciliation with the major vendors for their outstanding bills & ledger balances  Supported Director Finance in the annual financial audit  Record the receipts of funds from donor and fee from customers Follow up with donors for the pending receipts
