 provide technical support for project management activities through the entire project life cycle - scope, change control, cost, schedule, quality and safety.  supervise and coordinate overall planning, control and appraisal of the project as defined by the approved scope.  lead a diverse team of PMT site engineers through all implementation phases for the installation, testing, pre-commissioning and final handover.  check and verify the design (drawings/plans) for Saudi Aramco communication / process automation system projects as per Saudi Aramco Standards.  lead all site communication / process automation system and construction and pre-commissioning activities.  resolve technical queries related to construction or testing on a timely basis and support end user commissioning activities as required.  coordinate with all involved organizations, conduct all design review and construction progress meetings related to the communication / process automation system.  monitor the safety, quality and progress of the project closely and make sure that the work is done as per schedule & safely adhering to the industry standards.  Present or participate in presenting the project proposal to proponents and other concerned organizations at technical meetings within Saudi Aramco.  Conduct Site and Integrated Site Acceptance Tests for all communication / process automation system equipment.  Conduct Factory and Integrated Factory Acceptance Tests for all communication / process automation system equipment.
