 Preparation of feasibility studies, basis of design review document (BODR) for new projects addressing project’s key requirements based on concept design. Cost control reports issuing for contract deviances and applying value engineering principles. Design packages review, Biding and tendering evaluation for new projects. Preparation of Project cashflow, budget update and frequent progress reports. Approaching local government authorities for project’s permits, approvals acquiring. Conducting market research and surveys for company’s growth strategy. Advising required technical specifications to achieve design requirements.

Responsible for construction management of two sites in Minya, Project was Modernization of signaling systems for Egyptian National Railway with Systra as consultant for the project and Alstom as main contractor Responsible for managing two sites in Minya involving the following: Preparing and implementing a plan for site activities to achieve project goals in a time efficient, budgeted cost and quality specification method. Materials procurement and settling financials with site accountants. Site logistics, handling assisting team requirements Day-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site labor force and thework of any subcontractor. Maintaining required quality of executed works according to provided specifications and ensure materials and workmanship are complying with such specifications. Ensure working according to the company HSE policies and regulations, risk assessment and environmental aspects. Liaising with main contractor-Alstom, consultant- Systra, subcontractors, supervisors, planners and the general workforce involved in the project to achieve targeted tasks in a time and cost-efficient method. Monitor issues as they arise, coordinate with project management teams to respond efficiently for a resolution to avoid delay to project’s critical path. Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department. Preparing invoices for sub-contractors and client.

Project Engineer where main responsibility involves: Studying project documents and drawings to prepare progress reports, assist in financial claims preparationand time extension requests. Conduct site visits to evaluate project status and update project time schedule. Attend meetings with project stakeholders to facilitate client requirements. Monitor issues as they arise, coordinate with project management teams to asses in implementing action plans to resolve issues promptly. Conduct quantity surveying for executed works for different projects. Monitoring cost variances regarding issued invoices for executed works versus contract item budget. Prepare sketches and detailed drawings if needed for top management and projects directors. Preparing progress reports as required. Perform other assignments as necessary to support the function/department.

Responsible for revising, auditing and handling all kinds of refunds issued for customers and send to finance department to proceed with customer's refunds according to their preffered method for refund.

Responsible for technical team working on various projects, Initiating websites and developing them to meet customer’s needs, fixing all technical issues regarding each project to reach the desired outcome and deliver website and technical tools to customer giving them training on how to handle project resources with ease
