Assistant Manager Human Resources
CurrentBeing an Assistant Manager HR, my main job responsibilities are:•Managing the end-to-end recruitment process including but not limited to job posting, shortlisting, interview scheduling (with onshore and offshore hiring managers), and employee onboarding.•Facilitate the enrollment of new hires in company retirement and health insurance plans and coordinate bank account opening procedures.•Oversee onboarding and orientation procedures, including coordinating seat and system arrangements, creating official email IDs and HRIS accounts, and introducing new hires to the team.•Handle employee separations by conducting exit interviews, preparing final settlements, issuing experience certificates, and coordinating email and HRIS account terminations.•Ensuring timely submission of EOBI contributions.•Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.•Issuance of appointment, employment, experience, and other HR-related letters.
