• Promote and protect Mondelēz International (MDLZ) by leading and managing the PK government affairs / public affairs agenda in support of PK / AMEA business priorities • Lead the PK business’ government affairs and engagement efforts in a complex political / public policy environment. Supporting business via establishing links with the Ministry of Food Security and Research. • Stakeholder Engagement: Provide Government Affairs and issues management support on priority business initiatives, including Scientific & Regulatory Affairs, Research & Development, Integrated Supply Chain and Customer Service & Logistics/Manufacturing on site and location-specific efforts (proactive & reactive), including external outreach, crisis management and media relations. • Working with the Punjab Food Authority on matters pertaining to the packaging and labelling of our category leading chocolates and powdered beverage such as Cadbury and Tang. • External Industry Engagement: Represent MDLZ externally within priority industry forums (Food/CPG trade associations, state manufacturing groups) • Internal & External Communications management through PR, ATL & BTL media initiatives. • Part of the Mondelez Pakistan Leadership Team

Managing GSK Pakistan’s long term business objectives and sustainability by acting as a strategic partner to coordinate and interface with key opinion makers and stakeholders. Developing and supporting an action plan to address key industry issues by promoting and demonstrating the Company’s social, economic and environmental contribution to the community and transparency of corporate governance.• Managing and engaging GSK Pakistan’s external stakeholders on behalf of the company to align top line business deliverables: UK and Belgian High Commissions, Drug Regulatory Authority, Federal and Provincial Health Secretariats and the Pharma Bureau. • Leading the development, design and execution of the internal and external communication initiatives of GSK Pakistan.• Providing strategic support to key therapy areas of Vaccines, Specialty and Primary Care portfolios. • Implement lateral and upward communication (Regulatory and Reputation related) mechanisms to eliminate any negative exposure towards company. • Development and execution of the commercial strategy and key marketing activities for Cervical Cancer, Rotavirus and Hepatitis portfolio in the Vaccines Business Unit.• Delivered exceptional 93% growth over last year for Cervarix and a growth of 9% for Rotarix over the same period. • Leading the Multi Channel Marketing initiatives in Pakistan LOC for the Vaccines Business unit encompassing pediatric and adult vaccination. • Developed and executed the Rotavirus mass media campaigns for increasing consumer awareness and access to vaccination in Pakistan.• Brand planning lead for the Vaccines unit.• Received the Gold Award in the Emerging Markets & Australasia Winning Performance Awards for the Synflorix Defence Strategy, which was successful in ensuring Synflorix remained in the Pakistan Vaccination Program; leading to the protection of 20 million babies to date.

• Successfully developed and executed the tender bidding, delivery and payment recovery critical path for the Ministry of Religious Affairs Meningococcal Vaccines Tender • Managed to enhance the product life cycle by delivering nearly 30% growth and surpassing the set parameters for Engerix – B (Hepatitis-B vaccine)• Created an extensive and robust Stakeholder Management and Belief map which determined the vaccine prescribing habits of top paediatricians in the country. • I function as the designated supply lead within the business unit where I ensure timely delivery of imports, compliant with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan. • Financial and logistical management of the GSK commitment to the EPI Program of Pakistan by strictly following the legal and ethical parameters of GSK as well as the Government of Pakistan.• Successfully delivered the Vaccines Market Sizing data analyser for the Pakistan and Iran Markets.

• Established the corporate market vaccines initiative in the Islamabad and Rawalpindi region from the ground up by developing key stakeholders within the region• Conducted numerous vaccine awareness drives within the top organizations of the region such as Mobilink, Zong, Ufone, Alcatel-Lucent and Mari Gas. • Inducted to this role through the Management Trainee pipeline at GSK and promoted to the head office by virtue of my strong performance.
