• Create value in the allocated account's portfolio through effective design and implementation of individualaccount strategies to build long term, sustainable and profitable relationships with the customer.• Provide efficient and high-level engineering calculation to each client in the Kalimantan for Oil & Gas, Mining,and Pulp & Paper segment.• Establish meeting with key stakeholders in multiple projects on several Energy and Industries segments toensure job productivity and sustainability.• Conduct training for Fastening on Steel system on Multi-Purpose Fastening, Grating Fastening and ElectricalGrounding for time efficiency in site work without hot work/welding process to Clients/Owners.• Conduct training for Firestop System for critical building in both Oil & Gas and Pulp & Paper projects to ensurethe safety of worker and assets for respective owner and contactors.• Business review periodically with both Area Manager and Sales Director regarding actual progress onrespective territory.• Forecast materials after establishing good research based on customer needs in Kalimantan territory for eachbusiness units and monitoring Inbound material for MTS.• Coordinate with 3PL to ensure material delivery arrived at clients on expected schedule.• Manage both operation and business excellence within Kalimantan territory.• Conduct monthly meetings with multi-cross function including but not limited to logistic, operation, andfinance team to ensure business on the territory at the right path.• Achieved on sales: +200% in Q4 2023, +155% Q1 2024 and +245% Q2 2023.

- Provide engineering calculation, consultation and technical drawings for metering pipe dismantling and installation, and other various utility within the ENI site, Jangkrik ORF, East Kalimantan.- Ensure safety lifting activity succeed.- Coordinated with client if any issue regarding lifting on site.- Carried out site visits to find out the actual situation on the field and make plans accordingly.

• Checked civil foundation, structure, and material delivery report prior to lifting. • Reviewed sub-contractor lifting plan for the static equipment (exchanger, vessel, and tank) and rotating equipment (air fin cooler, pump, and compressor). • Ensure mechanical equipment are successfully erected and on expected schedule, starts from permit to work, ground preparation, crane preparation, delivery of lifting tackles/gears and material delivery. • Monitoring construction work who carried out by subcontractors to fit the expected schedule, quality and safety. • Reporting to actual site progress to construction manager. • Ensure heavy transport (oversize, heavy, and special equipment) from laydown to lifting point. • Coordination with client or other company (vendor) if any issue on site. • Daily meeting with subcontractor regarding working plan and equipment distributions on site.
