Amaala Triple Bay Primary Infrastructure ProjectMajor Responsibilities:-- Execute and Monitors the construction activities (Piling for Underpass, Multi-Cell Culverts, precast manhole chambers, duct banks) to ensure work is performed as per the drawings, method statements and other governing documents, in a safe and compliant manner. - Assists construction supervision in planning construction methods and procedures.- Provide support and guide contractor to achieve the safety, quality, and schedule requirements. - Maintain a zero-accident policy on site through regular participation in the Contractor/client’s ES&H training and workshops. - Ensure required permits and approval cards are in place prior to the start of works at site. - Attend daily/ weekly coordination and progress meetings with Construction Manager. - Collaboration and compilation of daily reports for submission to the construction manager. - Coordination with QC department to implement quality assurance plans and procedures.- Ensure that site safety procedures must be followed- Good practical experience of highway structures i.e. Bridges and culverts and earthwork as well.

Project: Grade Separated Arrangement at Intersection of 11th Avenue with Khayaban-e-Iqbal (E-11 Chowk), Islamabad, PakistanMajor responsibilities:- Oversee the construction schedules, methods, material & equipment and services requirements necessary.- Assists and integrates site activities including actions of subcontractors, suppliers, clients and their representatives to ensure effective delivery of the works.- Assist project manager in monitoring of work.- Ensure that all documentary requirements for construction activities have been initiated.- Maintain a close liaison with client and consultant staff present at site for smooth functioning of the project.- Intimate project manager daily update of progress and schedule of planned activities for next 24 hours.- Ensure that necessary safety precautions have been implemented on the work site before commencement of any construction activity.- Ensure that Quality objectives & procedural requirements are met, non-conformances identified and actions are implemented to prevent recurrence within all construction teams.- To remain abreast with all rules regulation and specification about the work and ensure the quality of work being executed is according to design/general specifications.- Detailed analysis of construction drawings and documents with reference to execution and quantities and intimate to project manager about observations.- Ensure that labor relations activities are administered in accordance with standard practices. - Follow up the Implementation of Zero incident policy across all sites and other Environmental, Safety & Health plans- Submission of check requests to client for approval of work.- Undertake any additional task assigned by the project manager.

Working as a Senior Site Engineer (Structure) on the project of "Rehabilitation and Widening of I.J. Principal Road from N-5 to Faizabad, Islamabad".Major responsibilities are:- Management and Coordination of site activities for safe, efficient, cost effective and timely execution of project.- Execution and monitoring of Structure Works including 2 flyovers, 2 bridges and 3 multi-cell culverts; the elemental view includes piles, pile caps, shafts, transoms, girders etc.- Day-to-day management of site activities and labor force to ensure the timely completion of project deadlines.- To ensure the proper application of Standards, codes and procedures to achieve desired quality of work.- Assigning tasks to subordinates according to project needs and monitoring of their productivity. - Controls jobsite requirement for labor equipment, material and services and ensures field operations are effective and running well.- Coordination with Consultant’s representatives regarding site inspections & Shop Drawings approval.- Collaboration with higher management, technical crew members and sub-ordinate supervisors to organize efficient site operations with quality assurance.- Negotiation with vendors and suppliers to ensure best contracts.- Identification of issues and risks that demand higher management’s attention.- Attending progress review meetings with Engineering team.

Project: Upgradation of Road from RCC Konodas Bridge to PAF Base Camp Naltar via Nomal, Gilgit BaltistanMajor responsibilities were:- Supervising the site works in progress and continuous monitoring of site operations to meet the project timelines and quality up to the fullest.- Daily management of site activities and workforce to accomplish the targets, given by senior management.- Timely arrangement of site material to avoid any delay- Preparation, submission and approval of Shop Drawings from clients - Maintaining cordial relations among stakeholders and co-workers while addressing their concerns of any nature about site activities and their execution- Take immediate corrective actions to avoid/recover any delay to finish the tasks- As a team leader, assigning daily tasks to subordinate supervisors and monitor their productivity and quality of works as per given standards/specificatios.- Record & maintenance of record for inspections, tests and material delivered as approved etc.- Observe site safety procedures- Preparation of project Progress Reports

Project: Construction of Infrastructure and Allied works for Metro Bus Service, Pkg-1 IslamabadAs a Site Engineer I have supervised construction of a Bridge, Underpass, Retaining Walls and Drains at Metro Bus Service Package-I, Islamabad. My major responsibilities were to;- Check site conditions for suitability prior to construction- Observe, check and record works execution is in accordance with approved methods Daily site planning and tracking of activities - Make coordination between different stakeholders, briefing them and keeping them aware of the latest position about the works when asked for - Manage relevant staff/labor and equipment on site - Supervise each and every activity on site and suggesting specific recommendations to seniors about future steps based on present pace and future requirements of work - Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports

Project: Dualization and Beautification of Mianwali Muzaffargarh Road Passing through Chowk Munda, Muzaffargarh Job Duties: -- Planning and management of resources to execute site activities and then having a top supervision to monitor the daily and monthly targets.- To assist the execution teams in construction activities to ensure the work is complying with standards/codes and client’s satisfaction.- Inspection of construction materials as per contract specifications.- Coordination with consultant teams for easy going of site activities and for submission and approval of shop drawings.- Assistance in the preparation and review of As-built and shop drawings.- Preparation of Company IPCs and other bills.
