I ensure that all equipment is in good working order, well-maintained, and ready for use at any time. Also, ensuring that the necessary software is available and updated.- To improve the quality of teaching in the laboratory, I developed a training module that guides students in understanding the concepts involved in the practicum. The module contains step-by-step guidance, basic theory, and exercises that support their understanding.- I play a role in organizing workshops and seminars as a means to share knowledge and experience with students and members. It also provides an opportunity to invite experts or guest speakers to provide additional insights in a particular field.

This includes troubleshooting hardware and software issues, as well as ensuring that all systems and applications are running properly.- Play a role in designing and managing virtualized environments that include various operating systems and applications. This can involve managing virtual servers, virtual machine management, and determining how resources are used to support business operations.- Responsible for providing regular reports, including weekly, monthly, and yearly, related to transactions in the JakLingko mobile application environment and transit card system. These reports include not only transaction data, but also information related to the performance of field officers, as well as actions taken in handling failures in the reporting system.
