 Managing inventory levels and supply chain logistics to optimize stock availability and minimize losses.  Overseeing daily store operations and ensuring that customer service standards are consistently met.  Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.  Researches and evaluates vendors to compare pricing and services and travels to vendor locations.  Recognize customer needs and provide insights for improving the product portfolio bases on interaction with feedback from customers  Recruiting, training and managing retail staffs.

 Implementing operational policies and procedures.  Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.  Overseeing receiving, warehousing, distribution and maintenance operations.  Handling online market place ( FBN, B2B and B2C ).  Plan and monitor inbound and outgoing deliveries.  Supervise logistics, warehouse and transportation.  Organize warehouse, label goods and process shipments.  Processing the orders from retailers (Carrefour,lulu,nesto,sharaf dg,axiom,etc) and online channels ( Amazon,noon,souq,etc)  Supervise up to 50 staff members  Supporting finance & accounts team for monthly closing  Supporting outdoor sales team by full filling their orders on time and giving the ideas and marketing materials for increasing the sales.  Handling the logistics and supply chain operations (documentation and stock arranging and purchasing) of our 4 sub companies and brands ( Saturn llc , Limassol llc, Lazor and Hiscence).

 Record all stock movement and deliveries in database and prepare regular reports.  Leading outbound with customer service department.  Inventory records and documentation.  Supervision of incoming stocks into the warehouse.  Accurately updating LFS, Excel and other stock tracking software’s.  Sort, organize and store inventory in proper location.  Assisting for claims of damages and shortages
