 Role & responsibilities:• Handled change request from the end user related to vendor & material data.• Interaction with client through meetings calls & emails.• Provide training to the end user for easy of work.• Support to end-users for creation of RFQ, PR, PO and solving authorization issues related to release procedure.• Inventory Management (Goods receipt, Goods Issue, Physical Inventory.)• Stock availability check & Stock differences.• Pricing Procedure.• Logistic Invoice verification.

Support End user on day to day problems

• Creation of Purchase Requisition & Purchase Orders in SAP.• Goods receipt entries (Inventory management).• Extract invoice from SAP to check reconciliation discrepancy.• Updating BOM.• Maintenance of Books of Accounts in Quick Books with accuracy and consistency in compliance with all Accounting Entries.• Reporting Accounts Manager regarding major Operational matters.
