Demonstrating and adopting digital & app-based solutions, demonstrating and scaling up landscape restoration under the provisions of MGNREGA to mitigate the climate change impacts.● Large-scale plantation, capacity building, designing programs and convergence to maximize the livelihood gains and achieve the goals of flagship programme of MoRD, GoI, Mission 25 million- Lakpati Didi initiative.

● Led complete implementation, monitoring, and reporting of Carbon project: planned, formulated strategies, built capacity of support staff/CRPs/community, mobilized community, executed large-scale land mobilization and plantation activities, and assured plant survival through intercropping while monitoring execution to ensure successful reporting● Managed complete implementation, reporting, and monitoring of women-focused Tasar-based livelihood enhancement project, supporting partner organizations in achieving project goals● Explored new opportunities and scope for Carbon projects, identifying potential areas for expansion and growth, converged and liaised with different government departments/programs i.e. Agriculture, Horticulture, soil conservation, and MNREGA, effectively integrating Carbon projects into broader government initiatives.● Led team of 7 professionals and 30 community resource persons, overseeing all aspects of project.● Developed project to obtain Carbon credits through nature-based solutions, successfully removing CO2.● Planned for removal of 5,00,000 tons of CO2 in 30 years through the current intervention and generated carbon credits and providing livelihood opportunities.● Completed 750 acres of plantation last season and targeted 2500 acres of land this season for the project, implementing large-scale plantations of timber and silk to achieve biodiversity benefits.● Hosted 200+ community meetings with community heads and landowners annually, educating them on utilization and furnishing of degraded lands with rules, regulations, and targeted hours to cultivate 1 acre per family on average.

● Anchored and managed various livelihood (commercial livestock and agriculture), HGM-INRM, WASH, education, social security, gender, solar-based irrigation, electrification, and piped water supply projects supported by world's leading funding agencies/ government departments like BMGF, BAML, Wallmart Foundation, APF, Ikea Foundation● Planned, formulated strategies, built capacity, monitored execution, and reported outcomes while coordinating with funding agencies and 900 self-help groups● Formed, built capacity for, and strengthened community-based organizations such as SHGs, Village Organizations, CLFs, and BLFs● Performed multifaceted tasks i.e. formation of FPOs, supported development of business plans, project proposals, and MIS systems and facilitated market linkages for cash crops and livestock.● Converged and liaised with different government departments/programs such as district/block administration, Agriculture, Horticulture, soil conservation, NRLM, and MGNREGA, integrating project activities into broader government initiatives● Provided handholding support for planning, strategy, execution, and stakeholder management, monitored budget and expenditures, overseeing accounting procedures and educating the team● Mentored and capacitated team of 7 professionals and 13-gram panchayat facilitators/social mobilizers, and 27 vet-care service providers across multiple projects
