• Inventory Management, Store Inward/outward/Brand wise stock Efficiency• Major Contributor Brands Momentum & Low Performance Brand Focus• ABV, UPT, Conversion need to be maintained• Facilities like House Keeping, Security, Maintenance (DG, Lights, AC, etc.)• To control expense of the store.• Work deployment for the good productivity• Follow up with the brands for the staff • Responsible for the petty cash and cashier float amt.• Timely daily, weekly and monthly reporting/ Day Book etc. • To push Loyalty Program• maintain Visitor Book, share the customer feedback and close the customer complaint• To control internal theft and shop lifting with close monitoring, To ensure with Security tags and Sensormatic
