As the Product Security Manager , I am focusing on the security aspects of a company’s products throughout their lifecycle. Some of my key responsibilities include Collaborate with Product Management to outline the security roadmap of new initiatives, existing products and services.Work closely with Sales team to drive customer security assessment of Barco products and solutions. Actively engage with world wide pre-sales team for formulating official Barco response to Vendor Security Assessment questionnaires shared by prospects and clients.Work with product owner and development teams to integrate security into the product lifecycle.Conduct threat modeling and security assessments on products.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, NIS2) and also align the product roadmaps to align with upcoming cybersecurity compliance requirements.Evaluate and outlined tools adoption plan for new Application Security ToolsFocus on Cloud Security Governance from the view of Barco SaaS applications portfolio.Manage security incidents related to products and coordinate responses.Develop and maintain security documentation for products.

• Provide process and technical leadership to end to end secure software development life cycle.• Evaluate new tools and technologies with a view to bring out standardization security processes and practices within the Noida Site and also across other sites in APAC ( Taiwan , Singapore )• Provide guidance and educates the organization in risk management principles and practices• As a member of Barco’s PSIRT , I am responsible for handling security incidents reported for any products owned by any of the R & D team in Noida , Germany , Canada and Bay Area.• Work with platform / application teams at regular basis to increase sensitivity for addressing vulnerabilities and improving security process maturity• To work with external pen test vendors for planning and execution of Barco’s product and solutions.• Working closely with Architects to define secure development standards and best secure design practices across the group

Working as framework architect I was responsible for designing and developing frameworks which are consumed within the Design and Development division.• To understand the requirements of the users and design them as product enhancements, change requests etc.• To Architect and Design various enhancements and Change request implementation for the product line responsible for.• To actively work on module development as per sprint items.• To carry out development and unit testing for the module assigned to self as a part of the over all project plan• Supervise daily activities of SDP and to take preemptive actions to eliminate service downtimes • To Assist team in SCRUM implementation and work with Engineering management in Agile Hybrid Process design• Working closely with other Architects to define standards and best practices across the group
