Head ( O & M ) Green Anode plant

* Job Responsibility includes Production ,planning , inventory control, manpower scheduling, taking care of improvement projects running for the increasing the availability, reliability of the plant machinery and equipments.* Having good hands on experience of maintaining equipments while handling the position as a HEAD Mechanical Maintenance in Green Anode Plant for 4 years.* Also responsible for making preventive schedule of various equipments in the plant and spare parts management.* Out line the critical process parameters responsible for efficient operation of process/equipment and sustained performance including their control range to achieve the desired production of quality anodes.* To analyze the logs for identifying any trends and ensure corrective action if necessary in Mean Time Between Failures.* Maintenance for the entire rotating equipments like Reversing flap, Elevator, Conveyors, Splitter gates, Rotary airlocks.* Involved in the documentation, preparing the lubrication schedule for the equipments, maintenance schedule for all the equipments, spare parts listing for all the equipments in GAP.
