I have been involved in the emergency medicine, event medical care and the health & safety professions for nearly 30 years. Having worked in urban, rural, back-country and remote/austere settings, I specialize operating in those areas with limited access to definitive medical care and entails thinking “outside the box”.Experienced both operationally as well as an instructor in a multitude of disciplines including emergency and wilderness medicine, technical rope rescue, alpine travel and crevasse rescue, swiftwater rescue and various health and safety related topics.Skillful as a HSE advisor and instructor, having taken the NEBOSH International General Certification and IOSH Managing Safely courses and certified as an OSHA Occupational Health and Safety Manager.
