Work on multiple projects for Fortune 500 corporations and U.S. federal agencies to invent and deploy software solutions that make organizations more efficient and effective.Selected accomplishments:• Lead a team of 10 offshore developers in the role of agile Product Owner to deliver best-of-class software support for a WebSphere-powered corporate intranet solution serving 500K+ employees across the nation with information such as HR policies, department news, COVID emergency procedures, and work schedules. Inspire the team to initiate automation of devops tasks using tools like Selenium, PowerShell, and WinAutomation and designing a modernization plan for 2021.• Lead a team of 3 developers to develop software that migrates data from a large-scale, public-facing website of the U.S. federal government to a modern version of Drupal that provided better stability and data security.• Closely coordinate with multiple divisions of a major telecommunications corporation to invent software for extracting, transforming, and loading document data into IBM Watson-powered knowledge base providing thousands of customer support employees with quick access to information for serving their customers.• Evaluated business practices for several departments of major telecommunications corporation, creating and launching software to automate numerous procedures and saving company millions of dollars in manual work.

Helped make tens of thousands of employee jobs more efficient and effective with focus on intranet web applications used daily by multiple divisions.Selected accomplishments:• Directed teams of up to 3 developers by facilitating daily scrums, product reviews, and communications with business owners to ensure high-quality software solutions.• Invented, enhanced, and provided production support for Drupal-powered web application that displayed real-time data to technicians on mobile devices, enabling rapid repair of customer phone equipment.

I worked with the mayor, members of the city council, and administrators of the City of Onalaska to assist them in making good decisions with regard to technology solutions that benefit the citizens of our community. One of our most notable accomplishments was evaluating and selecting an emergency notification system for the city to utilize during natural or man made disasters. This solution has been used to assist in locating lost persons and to notify residents when severe weather was threatening our community.

The chairman is a volunteer position elected by members of the organization and included the following duties:- Schedule and lead monthly meetings- Organize volunteers- Regular communication with membership- Manage day-to-day operations- Communicate with local media- Analyze and recommend public policy- Organize, plan and implement various volunteer activities and events including multiple parades, various public outreach activities, and fundraising events
