It has a turnover of USD 200 million.Key Responsibilities: Managed the preparation of monthly financials and overseeing its review with management. Analyzed actual versus budget with current and prior periods, ascertained reasons for deviation and implemented measures to curb the same. Managed the cash position and forecast on a weekly basis.  Monitored supplier / customer payments as per schedule and reviewed their aging. Devised the Fixed Assets schedule and performed depreciation calculations as per the company norms. Supervised administration staff for all elements and records pertaining to the employee lifecycle.
