Current• Control of the company commercial, products and marketing sectors.• Participation in the employees recruitment • Monitoring of employee performance.• Weekly, monthly and quarterly control on compliance with business objectives.• Control and monitoring of collection of Marketing Funds, Rebates and discounts by vendors.• Planning, preparation, presentation and management of regional positioning events (Trip, Roadshow, Fairs).• Planning, preparation and management of new technologies. research events (CES, IT, ISC WEST) • Establishment of good relations between vendors and company clients• Promote the company image by participating in social activities such as Seminars, Business Dinners.• Meeting cordinations between vendors, members of the company and clients. • Sales Plans preparation for new vendors.• Control and execution of the Plans to meet objectives.• Trips through the south America, Central America and the Caribbean countries to strengthen the relationship with clients.• Set up of commercial seminars on site and online for the sales force.• Choice of certification course for the members of the product department.• Sales force training in the represented technologies• Incorporation of online training tool. • Increase in the number of channels
