 The SAS ETL Remediation team analyzes the existing SAS programs to capture the functional and technical possibilities for converting SAS to phyton. Understand and determine the target technology for the internal and external data source transformation from a physical server to Google Cloud. Analyse and finalize the relevant access and environment required for the SAS to Python migration. Create a regression document to point out cataloging attributes and concepts following the… Show more  The SAS ETL Remediation team analyzes the existing SAS programs to capture the functional and technical possibilities for converting SAS to phyton. Understand and determine the target technology for the internal and external data source transformation from a physical server to Google Cloud. Analyse and finalize the relevant access and environment required for the SAS to Python migration. Create a regression document to point out cataloging attributes and concepts following the SAS to Python migration. Testing an individual model of an application in isolation to confirm that the code is doing things right and additionally identifying for optimization. Ensuring different models are working fine when combining as a group. Mock data generation unit testing remediation applying data validation framework. Ensuring results match existing sources (SAS and converted results) Automate the workflow integration of job sequencing and scheduling in a development environment. Create a deployment document for the lower environment and run it for a couple of weeks to ensure no impact on runtime or results. Document all the technical and functional steps followed during migration and share best practices for key topics. Finally, get approval from the client side to move the migrated Python programs to production. Responsible for the transfer of technical knowledge to facilitate implementation of the business solution provided.
