Responsible for the management, co-ordination and evaluation of Dynamic Web Training's (DWT) Products & Services including strategic planning, P&L Management, Policy development, continuous improvement of services provided by DWT. Dynamic Web Training is a wholly owned subsidiary of Seek Learning and is aligned to the goals and vision of SEEK & SEEK Learning.Key management responsibilities include:- Lead & manage the DWT business to deliver against its business goals- People & Trainer management- Budgeting & Planning- Exceeding Sales & Profit targets- Product & Course development to meet evolving market needs- Managing DWT Website & Web Applications- Operations, Logistics & Vendor Management

- Marketing, Corporate Training & eLearning.- Training Development for VET courses.

Manage domestic and international projects and develop web systems for:- Advanced Training On-line (ATO-L), through a variety of delivery methods including online, face-to-face, and blended; and - CPD Solutions Pty Ltd, provider of Continuing Professional Development to the real estate industry in New South Wales.
