Primary roles and responsibilities: - Conducting credit risk analysis, property performance underwriting, and financial analysis for a diverse corporate client base including property developers, REITs, and real estate investment firms. - Assisting Relationship Managers in deal origination, deal analysis, client relationship management, and compliance/KYC requirements. - Underwriting a variety of debt financing products including construction loans, bridge, and term loans across all CRE asset classes.

Job Roles & Responsibilities:• Credit support to Senior Relationship Managers. Active management and day-to-day responsibility for a large portfolio of Corporate borrowers with exposure levels between €5m & €30m (Total exposure of c.€250m).• Identifying case strategies to restructure high risk connections in financial difficulty with particular emphasis on viable SMEs.• Requesting / assessing borrower information, conducting client review meetings, identifying risks, consulting with both internal and external solicitors, accountants and auctioneers to verify information.• Adhering to weekly, monthly and quarterly regional meetings, exercises and deadlines.• Development of case strategy for individual borrowers while agreeing same at internal meetings with management.• Ongoing engagement with difficult clients with the objective of creating a co-operative bank / customer relationship.• Analysis of financial statements, Independent Business Reviews and cashflow projections to review current and potential repayment capacity.• Developing and implementing overall connection restructures to maximise debt reduction.• Valuation of security and creating provisions where shortfalls are evident.• Processing release and attachment of security items as required.• Assessment of Provision adequacy on each individual borrower.• Processing daily referrals / account excesses and standing orders. • Completing regular exercises to provide management information to Senior Management.• Completing annual and legal reviews of connections where necessary.• Drafting legal letters of demand for non-cooperative clients.• Monitoring day-to-day performance of Bank accounts to ensure they operate within the specified account limits. • Creating legal Letters of Offer and follow up on any conditions of sanction as required.• Maintaining a professional and understanding attitude towards customers in difficulty while efficiently achieving the bank objectives.
