•Supervise all aspects of facility, including financial performance and high-level managers, to ensure optimal performance and ROI on company with $15 million in annual revenue and $130 million valuation•Ensure each department manager is maintaining production and/or job duties within company standards•Spearhead strategic long-term objectives on company growth to ensure allocated capital is toward efficient programs•Establish goals and objectives with shareholders to improve and increase production throughout facility•Serve as main point of contact and negotiate contractual obligations to outside parties•Determine new product offerings with sales team•Main point of contact with Illinois State Police and Illinois Department of Agriculture for all matters related to facility

•Own entire procurement process with company supply chain in all departments, including cost analysis and production supply planning•Project Management responsibilities with optimization and expansion initiatives at facility •Facilities Management of plant, including administration/directing staff, optimization of interior and exterior structure, and managing staff payroll•Assist with development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)•Primary contact for Requests for Proposals for capital expenditures•Assist Illinois State Police and Illinois Department of Agriculture with on site and virtual inspections to ensure State compliance within regulations.

• Manage contract portfolio in excess of $1 million spend in FY19, including beverage rights, marketing automation platforms, and University ticketing system for events• Prepare, issue, and evaluate responses to requests for proposals (RFP) and invitations for bid (IFB)• Monitor purchases for limits and ensure compliance with state and university rules• Review and execute University purchase orders and change orders• Manage and maintain University annual inventory valued at $55.8 million• Evaluate purchase requisitions and determine appropriate procurement method• Work with cross-functional teams to develop new inventory application• Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system• Reconcile the fixed asset ledger and identify discrepancies

• Manage purchasing and acquisition of product while overseeing warehouse inventory flow in company software• Supervise product database, consistently updating cost and retail prices of items by monitoring price sheets and shipping costs relative to desired company margins• Manage production schedule for installations on commercial and residential projects as well as service and maintenance schedules• Supervise administrative support at all three company locations regarding accounts payable, accounts receivable, shipping/receiving, and inventory management• Analyze efficiency of branches by evaluating labor and expenses relative to company revenue• Financial oversight and operational support to new location in St. Louis as well as during acquisition of Stereo One, a key competitor in the Cape Girardeau market
