As Account Manager at Silverbean, my role is to ensure we provide our key and multi-channel clients with the most effective and efficient service possible. I am responsible for working closely with our key clients and building strong relationships founded on trust, clarity and strong performance. Being Silverbean's Client Champion is a focal aspect of my role; taking the feedback, drive and ambition of our clients and further projecting this to Silverbean's service delivery teams. This helps to drive campaigns forwards, working in partnership with our clients, which in turn provides a supportive resource for Silverbean’s key and multi-channel clients.

As Affiliate Marketing Manager in the Affiliate Marketing Team at Silverbean, I am responsible for the management and performance of key clients' affiliate programs within the fashion and jewellery sector.As an Account Manager, a key aspect of this role is to proactively promote clients through their affiliate base and manage a variety of online activity, aiming to increase the online presence of each brand. As well as using industry knowledge and commercial awareness to strategically plan and execute key campaigns in order meet and exceed KPIs, whilst being mindful of the brand and it's position in the market whilst also working with affiliates to ensure that branding guidelines are honoured.Not only are client relationships an integral part of the role, on which I thrive, but also are affiliate relationships; Understanding how particular affiliate types can effect KPIs for a brand an add strength to a client's digital marketing strategy and ways in which such campaigns can meet a brand's objectives.As an account manager, I am driven to deliver the best possible service for all clients and using strategic planning and analytical abilities in order to facilitate this whilst continually aiming to improve and better such skills and services.In 2013, I was recognised by Rakuten Linkshare, one of the UK's top Affiliate Networks, as a Certified Affiliate Program Manager.

A temporary role which was undertaken in order to plan and manage Palringo's presence and events as part of MWC 2010. This role allowed me to develop my abilities as an in-house marketing co-ordinator and project manager within the international mobile communications industry.
