Assigning tasks to the shift members and ensuring full utilization of resourcesFollow-up on open action items and coordinating with other Shift SPOCs and exchanging the accurate and updated status between shifts.Maintaining the accurate production trackers.Participating in all kick-off meetings, training sessions and preparing the documents, getting updates on time to time and circulating SOP to the team members.Troubles shooting and resolving the operational issues and performing the root cause analysis.Training and mentoring the Metadata Specialists in the respective shift and also in the other shifts, where required.Monitoring quality levels and initiating the process improvement actions.Also taking part in production and helping out / assisting the team in critical live projects.
