• Managing the disputes process for a well-known Logistics Company for their Europe and Middle East region• Spearheading the delivery team spanning across Chennai, Bengaluru and Trichy locations• Defining service standards & guidelines that serve as benchmark for excellent service delivery thereby contributing towards ameliorated service revenue generation• Framing work direction and plan for the associates after thorough assessment of their capabilities• Preparing & presenting various weekly / monthly MIS reports pertaining to process and productivity• Spearheading process improvement initiatives. • Monitor and manage the OTC function through the preparation and publication of monthly KPIs, ensuring regular review and initiating process changes to standardize, improve performance and efficiency related to Contracts processing, Revenue Accounting, and Revenue Controllership. • Adopt a regional & global agenda and link in with our stakeholders to drive process improvement, systems development, standardization and controls enhancement• Exercise controllership & oversee the OTC process • Own the controls design, implementation and monitoring on OTC related processes• Support & monitor the adherence to the Inter Company rules & processes • Lead talent development of the Revenue Associates through recruitment, training, coaching, project assignment, empowerment• Partner with Revenue Controllers and other finance teams to provide clarity and support on Pipeline, Orders and contracts, Revenue Recognition, Billing and Credit Management• Co-Manage the BCC (Billing, Collections and Cash applications) rhythm for Unbilled and AR for all key clients and markets• Own the month end close process and accrual approval in conjunction with the Revenue Controllers • Monitor the Material Master updates for the region, in sync with global standards, and provide support for any initiatives impacting Material Master• Supporting the review & monitoring the service, quality levels through performance metrics, with specific regard to Accounts Receivable Management:• Support Revenue Controllers and the Operational Controllers during audits (CAS, statutory, VAT/GST, etc.) based on pre-defined way of work according to global standards

• Invoice Processing.• Consolidation of the AR aging report for the rejected invoices on a weekly basis.• Handling all Queries and dispute in the process and resolving in stipulated time and ensuring that the Invoices are paid on time.• Interact with Onshore clients (via Call and Chatter) on daily basis to provide status and accurate feedback.• Reconcile the payment discrepancy file on weekly basis.• Timely SOP update.• Preparation of Dash Board, Monthly Productivity Report, Weekly Exception Report and Invoice Rejection Analysis Report.
